摘    要:综述了当前Cu-Al2O3复合材料的主要制备方法和制备技术中存在的问题,讨论了已报道的不同Al2O3含量对铜基复合材料性能的影响,评价了Al2O3第二相尺寸以及第二相与合金元素联合作用的机理研究,展望了Cu-Al2O3复合材料在第二相浓度、尺寸、与合金元素联合作用及制备技术等方面的发展趋势。

Abstract:Current preparation methods of Cu-Al2O3 composite materials and shortcomings of these specific preparation techniques are reviewed. Influences of different Al2O3 content on the performance of Cu-Al2O3 composites are discussed. The size of reinforcement and the mechanism of joint function of second phase and alloying elements are evaluated. The trend of Cu-Al2O3 composites in volume fractions of reinforcement, size and mechanism of joint function of second phase and alloying elements together with preparation techniques are forecast.
