| 摘 要： | 采用转炉+LF(VD)精炼工艺生产60Si2MnA弹簧钢,研究了转炉冶炼、LF(VD)精炼、连铸及轧制关键工艺技术和过程控制要点,对钢的性能指标及使用情况进行了分析。结果表明:产品实物质量良好,完全满足标准要求;该钢应用于加工矿山钻杆产品,综合性能及疲劳寿命优异。

| Abstract: | The 60Si2MnA spring steel were produced by converter plus LF（VD） refining process. The key technologies and process control points in smelting, LF（ VD）, continuous casting and rolling were studied. The performance and usage of the steels were analyzed. The result indicated that： the products have good quality and meet the standard requirements. The steel is used for the mine drill and have excellent comprehensive performance and fatigue life. |
