摘    要:针对燃烧劣质无烟煤的W形火焰超临界机组存在的锅炉燃烧难于控制,协调控制系统和主汽温度调节品质不理想,特别是难于满足电网快速负荷调度的要求等问题,进行协调及主汽温度控制策略的研究开发,以提高机组协调变负荷能力,满足电网AGC大幅度、快速变负荷的要求。本文结合机组协调及主汽温度控制品质优化的应用情况,具体介绍试验过程及应用效果等。

Abstract:There are some difficulties to control boiler combustion for W shaped flame supercritical unit which burns inferior coal,and the regulating quality of coordinated control system and main steam temperature is also not ideal,and especially it?s hard to satisfy the requirements of rapid load regulating etc. The research of new coordination and control strategy of main steam temperature has been done to improve the coordinated load changing ability and satisfy the requirements of great and quick load changing for AGC. This paper put the primary attention to the test process and application effect of the research combining with the application situation, unit coordination and quality optimization of main steam temperature control.
