| 摘 要： | 非球面镜片的应用越来越广泛,面形误差是影响非球面质量的重要指标,所采用的面形检测方法非常重要。介绍了非球面镜片面形误差的各种检测方法,并对各种检测方法进行了比较。最后,对非球面镜片面形检测技术的发展趋势作出了预测。
