| 摘 要： | 介绍自承式电缆用镀锌钢丝的技术要求 ,说明自承式电缆用镀锌钢丝的一般生产工艺。通过对低碳钢丝采用二相区的不完全热处理替代去除应力的球化退火工艺生产出了合格产品 ,并对生产中存在的断丝、脱锌、漏铁等问题在理论上进行分析 ,在实践上采取措施予以解决。

| Abstract: | To introduce technology requirement of galvanized steel wire for HYAC(self-supporting communication cable). Production process of galvanized steel wire for HYAC is explained. The products are up to standard made by new process replacing eliminating stress spheroidizing annealing by two-phase area incomplete heat treatment. The problems of breaking wire, dezincing, leaking iron are analyzed in theory. Measures are adopted to solve the problem in practice. |
