| 摘 要： | 介绍了80kt／a硫酸装置扩产到120kL／a的技术改造，分析存在的问题，采取相应的改造措施。改造后，硫酸年产量达到120kt／a．发电量增加700kwh／h．取得明显的经济效益。同时．主要技术经济指标如烧出率、转化率、吸收率等相当或者优于原指标。

| Abstract: | Technical revamping from 80kt/a to 120kt/a in a sulphuric acid plant is introduced. some problems existing are analyzed and revamping schemes are adopted. After the improvement, the output of sulphuric acid has achieved 120kt/a, generating capacity has added 700kwh/h, the economic benefit has been remarkable. Moreover, main enconomic indexes such as burned rate, conversion rate, absorption rate and so on is better than before. |
