摘    要:通过对3种生产方法的对比,指出锻压轧制法是生产高精度异型铜合金带的最佳方法之一;阐述了Cu—Fe—P合金异型带同传统Cu—P合金异型带在强化机理、综合性能等方面的差异;扼要介绍了锻压轧制法生产异型铜合金带的工艺流程、工具设计、质量控制等;分析了异型带市场前景及发展趋势。

Abstract:The paper points out the forging-rolling method is an optimum one among the three kinds of popular methods for producing high accuracy section strip, expounds the differences between the Cu-Fe-P and Cu-P section strips in the respects of strengthen mechanism and overall properties, introduces the process flow, tool design and quality control, and forecasts its market prospects and development trends.
