摘    要:磷硅酸盐凝胶具有热稳定的硅网络结构,吸附水分子有很强的亲合力,使得该凝胶在中温范围、低湿条件下成为具有发展前景的固体质子导体材料之一。介绍了掺杂惰性氧化物(如Al2O3,B2O3等)、酸式盐(如CsHSO4,CsH2PO4等)及有机物(如PI,PAI,PVdF,SEBS,PVA,C16H36O4Ti,SPPO等)对磷硅酸盐凝胶导电性能的影响,它们将是提升磷硅酸盐凝胶导电性能的主要发展趋势。

Abstract:The phosphosilicate gels consist of thermally stable silica networks,which have a strong affinity for adsorbed water molecules,so the gels appear to one of the promising soild protonic conductors at temperature in the medium range with low humidity.The effect of phosphosilicate gels on the conductivity of doping with insulating oxides(such as Al_2O_3,B_2O_3 etc)and acid salts(such as CsHSO_4,CSH_2PO_4 etc)and organic stubstanee(such as PI,PAI,PVdF,SEBS,PVA,C_(16)H_(36)O_4 Ti,SPPO etc)were introduced,and they were the primary development tendency improving the conductivity of the phosphosilicate gels.
