| Abstract: | Two practical fatigue design curves whose survial probabilities ( p ) are equal to 50% and 97.73% respectively are developed by the method of the statistical analysis, based on the fatigue experimental results of the CF 62 steel used for the 1500 m 3 ethylene spherical tank.Furthermore the fatigue design curves obtained are compared with the corresponding curves in the ASME code. |
