摘    要:以氯酸钾为氧化剂,直接氧化硫酸铁和硫酸亚铁的混合溶液,制得合格的聚合硫酸铁产品。实验证明该工艺不仅简单,稳定,易控制,重复性好,制备过程中不需外加酸就可实现反应体系酸度的自耦控制,而且产品的盐基度主要取决于反应物料中硫酸铁(a)与硫酸亚铁(b)的配料比(物质的量比)。实验拟合得盐基度曰与配料比之间的关系为B=-21.11n(a)/n(b)+22.24]%。该式可用于产品的设计。同时还发现铁离析是致产品实际盐基度低于理论盐基度的主要原因,铁离析的程度与反应体系配料比有关。

Abstract:Taking potassium chlorate as an oxidant,the qualified polyferric sulfate product can be prepared from Fe~(3+) and Fe~(2+) mixture solution by direct oxidation.The experiment shows that the technology is simple,stable,easy to control and well repeatable.The acidity of the reaction system can be auto-control without adding acid in the process,and the basicity(B) of the product mainly depends on the ratio of Fe_2(SO_4)_3(a) and FeSO_4(b).Through the experiment,the relation between B and n(a)/n(b) can be expressed as B=-21.11 n(a)/n(b)+22.24]%.Which can be applied to the design of the product.Meanwhile,it is found that the resolution is the main reason for the practical basicity of the product being lower than theoritical basicity and the extent of iron resolution is related to the ratio of a/b.
