摘    要:采用HScheffe典型多项式回归模型进行无石棉制动材料混杂纤维的配方设计,利用SPSS中逐步回归的方法求回归方程,并采用多变量约束函数的复合形法求得目标函数的最优点和最优值。试验结果表明该回归方程能获得满意的结果,为制动摩擦材料配方设计及优化探索了一条新途径。

Abstract:The formulation design of hybrid fibre for braking friction material by the H Scheffe typical polynomial regression model was presented, regression equation was gained by means of stepwise regression optimization method in SPSS, and the optimum point and value of the objective function was obtained by the complex method of multivariate bounded function.The regression result of the function was verified by test, it provides a new path for the formulation design and optimization of braking friction material.
