摘    要:在智能仪器设计中,传感器的非线性特性是影响测量精度的主要环节.基于最小二乘法原理进行曲线拟合以得到经验公式,是一种实现非线性校正的主要手段.基于LabVIEW图形化编程环境和强大的软件分析库设计的非线性校正仪,其主要功能是对实验数据进行曲线拟合处理,以得到满足精度要求的最佳拟合方程.该仪器界面友好,功能齐全,操作简便,使用灵活,通用性强,在基于计算机的测量中具有较强的实用价值.文中简要介绍利用NI虚拟仪器技术设计非线性校正仪的软件设计方案及其应用效果,对主要软件功能模块进行了分析.

Abstract:Non-linearity of sensor is the major factor that impacts the measurement accuracy in intelligent instrument design. The main solution for nonlinear correcting is curve fitting to obtain experience formulas based on Least Square principle. Nonlinear correcting could get the optimized fitting equation by curve fitting disposing to experimental data with the assistance of LabVIEW Graphical Programming Environment and a powerful software analysis library. The user interface of this system is friendly with complete function. The proposed instrument is easy to operate, flexible and general in use which has a great practical value in a computer based measurement. The software solution for nonlinear calibration instrument is given, and the major functional modules are also discussed.
