摘    要:本文采用预乳化种子半连续乳液聚合法对进行丙烯酸酯/苯乙烯乳液聚合,并考察了种子预乳液用量、顶底料中乳化剂用量与配比及不同类型乳化剂配伍对乳胶粒径与乳液稳定性的影响和加料方式对聚合动力学行为的影响。

Abstract:ln this article the acrylate/stylene was copolymerized by using the method of seeded semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.The effects have been discussed, relating to the amount of seeded emulsion, the amount and ratios of emulsifiers in the top and bottom finishing emulsionsand the combination of various emulsifiers on the latex particle size and emulsion stabilities. And at the same time, the effect of the feeding ways on the polymerization kinetics behavior was also investigated.
