| 摘 要： | 对TD-LTE(time division long term evolution)的传统切换算法进行改进,改进的新算法综合考虑小区信号强度(RSRP)及小区信号质量(RSRQ),并将目标小区负载作为切换目标小区选择的关键因素。通过仿真进行传统切换算法与改进切换算法的对比,分析得出改进切换算法在切换成功率以及平均切换次数上都有所改进,从而有效地减少了业务中断及乒乓效应。

| Abstract: | This paper improves the traditional handover algorithm of TD-LTE and this new improved algorithm integrates the RSRP/RSRQ of cells and also makes the load of cells as a key factor in choosing the target cell. The simulation comparison between the traditional and the improved algorithm shows that this improved algorithm has made it better in the handover success rates and the average handover times thus decreases service interruption and Ping Pong effect. |
