| 摘 要： | 优良的制造质量是确保活塞可靠性的关键因素。针对240/275系列机车柴油机新结构钢顶铝裙活塞的特点,进行了提高活塞顶、活塞裙、连接螺栓等零件的关键部位和关键工序质量的研究,确保了该活塞批量生产的质量。

| Abstract: | The good manufacturing quality for piston is the key factor to ensure its reliability.In the light of the characteristics of the new structural steel head and aluminium skirt piston of 240/275 series diesel engine,the researches on improving the quality on the cretical locations of and key processes for piston head,skirt and connecting bolt have been made and the batch production quality of piston can be guranteed. |
