高炉高煤比操作的实践

从理论上解析了宝钢高煤比操作的实践成果。实践表明：在1．5％左右较低的鼓风富氧率下煤比可达到200kg／t以上，煤比165kg／t以下可以不富氧；煤比超过200kg／t时焦炭劣化加剧，高炉透气性明显下降，高煤比操作需要高质量原燃料特别是高热强度的焦炭作支撑，要更加重视焦炭在炉内粉化状况和焦炭热性能指标（CRI、CSR）的跟踪分析；宝钢根据自己的操作理念控制气流合理分布，增强了大喷煤的接受能力和炉况稳定性，从而实现长期高煤比操作。

Practice and Analysis on High Pulverized Coal Injection Rate Operation of Blast Furnace

An analysis on high PCI(pulverized coal injection) rate operation was carried out at Baosteel,the results showed that even if oxygen enrichment ratio of blast at Baosteel is low at a level about 1.5 percent,the PCI rate of over 200 kg/t is obtained,and for PCI rate of below 165 kg/t,it is not necessary to enrich blast with oxygen.When PCI rate is over 200 kg/t, coke degradation is strong,and burden permeability is dramatic declined.High PCI rate operation is required to be supported by high quality raw materials,especially by high hot strength coke.And CRI and CSR of the coke must be emphasized for high PCI rate operation.According to Baosteel's operation concept,the gas flow is right distributed,and then high PCI rate and stability of BF operation are reached.Thus long term high PCI rate operation is realized.
