垦古22-平1井钻井液技术

摘    要:垦古22-平1井是胜利油田的一口重点水平井,首次采用多套钻井液体系在垦古区块施工,并取得了成功。该井上部地层泥岩易造浆缩径、砂岩疏松、成岩性差;下部地层岩性脆硬、易掉块、坍塌。目的层为奥陶系,地层压力系数低。根据地层特点和井身结构,二开选用聚合物-聚磺钻井液体系,该体系具有良好的防塌性、抑制性、携砂悬浮能力好,采取混原油提高润滑性;三开地层压力系数低,先期优选无固相钻井液体系,机械钻速高;钻遇严重漏失地层时,采用泡沫钻井液体系,达到了防漏和保护油气层的目的。

Abstract:Well Kengu22-P1 was a key horizontal well in Shengli Oilfield.For the first time many drilling fluid systems are adopted in the Kengu Region successfully.The clay stone in upper formation is easy to be mud-making and reducing hole;the sandstone is loose;and it is poor diagenetic texture.The lithology in lower formation is hard and brittle,so it is easy to be dribbling and sloughing.The target is Ordovician,and the formation pressure coefficient is low.According to the formation characteristics and well stru...
