| 摘 要： | 研究国有企业实施期股制度这一新问题，认为股票期权、股份期权和期股几个概念是一致的．通过分析上海、杭州、武汉、北京的国有企业实施期股制度的模式和特点，对期股制度实施的条件作了概括，同时对实施障碍和制度完善等问题作了初步探索．

| Abstract: | Stock option in state-owned firms in China at present is different from that in other countries. Stock option is a system to accelerate the manager to work hard with care of the firm＇s future. There are four cities in China where the stock option mechanism with chinese characters are being put into effect. The paper summarises the situation and probes the conditions in carrying out stock option. |
