基于SPCE061A的步进电动机控制系统设计

摘    要:介绍一种新型实用的步进电动机控制系统的设计,以SPCE061A语音单片机为核心,其特色在于以语音命令输入代替传统按键操作,以语音播报电机运行状态代替传统显示方式;给出了系统的硬件构成;简述了SPCE061A的内部资源,并分析了语音输入、识别和播报的基本原理;最后重点介绍了软件设计过程。通过实验,该控制器取得了令人满意的效果。

Abstract:Based on microcontroller SPCE061A, a novel and practical step motor control system is introduced in this paper, featuring with input of speech command substituting for traditional key operations, and speech play of work state for the motor substituting for traditional display. Hardware structure of the system and internal resources of SPCE061A are presented briefly. The basic principle of input, recognization and play of speech is discussed, moreover the software design procedure is expressed in detail. At last, satisfied control effect is gained through experiments.
