摘    要:分析了接插件零件冷挤压成形工艺方案,提出接插件零件的工艺参数和模具结构设计,大大提高了接插件的生产效率和材料利用率,降低制造成本,保证了冷挤压接插件的成形质量。

Abstract:The cold extruding and forming processes for the plug is analyzed in detail. The technology data and the die structure for plug forming are presented. The production efficiency and the using ratio of material can be increased, the manufacturing cost can be decreased. And also the quality of the cold extruded plug parts is ensured.
