混流式水轮机转轮叶片在过渡过程中的应力状态

摘    要:本文通过分析近期的现场测试数据,给出了混流式水轮机转轮叶片在启动、甩负荷、停机三种过渡工况下的应力状态。结果表明,在起动和甩负荷过程中应力有较大幅度的波动,停机过程中应力随时间近似按指数曲线降低。

Abstract:This paper describe the blade stress state of Francis turbine in the course of starting, load rejection, stalling by analysing the field test data.The results indicate that the range of the blade stress fluctuation is very large during starting and after load rejection, and the stress decrease by approximatly index curve with time during stalling.
