摘    要:测定控制冷却贝氏体球墨铸铁TTT曲线和磨球冷却速度及温度分布发现 :控制冷却贝氏体复相球铁TTT图存在贝氏体区 ,与珠光体区分离 ;控制冷却比浸入式水淬具有均匀的冷却速度和温度分布 ,高温阶段可避开珠光体区 ,低温阶段形成类似等温条件 ,缓慢通过贝氏体区

Abstract:In the present paper,TTT curve of Bainite ductile iron under the conditions of controlled cooling was got. The cooling speed of grinding ball and its temperature distribution were also measured in the same time. It can be concluded that the bainite zone of TTT curve is separated from the pearlitic zone. The processing of controlled cooling can be of more even cooling speed and temperature distribution than that of quenched into water. The controlled cooling procedure can keep away from pearlitic zone of the high temperature cooling stage to simulate the process of traditional equal temperature cooling at the low temperature cooling stage at a low cooling speed.
