二水石膏对海工高性能复合胶凝材料性能的影响

摘    要:为满足海洋工程混凝土结构的耐久性和施工等方面的需求,需采用复合胶凝材料配制海工高性能混凝土。对复合胶凝材料与普通硅酸盐水泥的性能进行比较研究,重点研究了二水石膏含量对复合胶凝材料性能的影响,研究结果表明,三氧化硫含量对复合胶凝材料的工作性和凝结时间的影响不大,但对其强度和反映抗氯离子渗透性的电量产生显著影响,三氧化硫含量高的复合胶凝材料具有较高的早期强度和良好的抗氯离子渗透性能。

Abstract:To satisfy durability and construction of marine engineering concrete,composite binder is used to put up marine engineering high performance concrete.Properties of composite binder is compared with that of ordinary silicate cement,and the effect of dihydrate gypsum on properties of composite binder is emphatically studied.The results indicate that the effect of SO3 on workability and setting time is little,but the effect of SO3 on early intensity and electric quantity reflecting of resisting chloride ion permeability is remarkable.Higher SO3 quantity of composite binder has higher early intensity and resisting chloride ion permeability.
