| 摘 要： | 本文研究了采用工作流管理系统机制的人才资源评估信息化方法，研制了人才评估信息系统。该系统是集人才）评估业务管理、原始数据收集、评估业务承办、报表分析于一体的人才评估事务管理系统。该系统的使用保证了人才评估过程的科学化、高效化，同时也使评估得出的结论更准确、更加具有说服力。
