| 摘 要： | 介绍在矿用挖掘机挖掘阻力计算方法的数学模型的基础上,结合Visual Basic编写程序,计算出矿用挖掘机挖掘阻力的方法.对矿用挖掘机工作装置部分进行建模和力学分析,建立了矿用挖掘机挖掘阻力数学模型,使用 Visual Basic 编写计算程序,实现了在挖掘轨迹范围内对挖掘阻力的评估与普查,同时提供挖掘机工作装置在不同工况下的外载荷.与试验结果类比,并使用不同方法进行验证,表明该方法有效.

| Abstract: | A evaluation method for resisting force of mining excavator is described. The mathematical model is built up for the method, and program is made for solving variables in the model by Visual Basic. Building up mathematical model for the mining excavator is for resolving resisting force during the digging. The program is made by the VB, the program can provide track and resisting force of excavator during digging range or under different working environment. Experimental results and other methods show that the method is effective. |
