摘    要:以烷基化装置产生的废硫酸为原料,首先制备硫酸铵及硫酸铝,进而用其制备三交两焙超稳Y分子筛和LCS-7裂化催化剂。结果表明,回收烷基化废硫酸可以作为改性沸石的制备沸石裂化催化剂的原料。

Abstract:The properties of sulfuric acid recovered from alkylation process were studied.Aluminum sulfate and ammonium sulfate were prepared by using the recovered sulfuric acid and commercial sulfuic acid.Then the aluminum sulfate and ammonium sulfate were used to prepare ultrastable Y-type zeolite and LCS-7 catalytic cracking catalyst.The results showed that the recovered sulfuric acid was qualified to prepare modified zeolite and catalytic cracking catalyst.
