摘    要:漏磁(MFL)检测信号常被多种噪声源污染,极大地降低了漏磁信号中缺陷信号的可检测性。提出一种漏磁信号去噪新方法。该法首先利用自适应滤波方法去除漏磁信号中的无缝管道噪声(SPN),然后再利用小波系数去噪方法去除SPN自适应消除系统输出的漏磁信号中的噪声。实测的漏磁信号处理结果说明,该方法具有良好的去噪效果,可提高漏磁信号中缺陷信号的可检测性。

Abstract:Magnetic flux leakage(MFL) testing signals obtained from oil pipelines are usually contaminated by various sources of noises,and therefore the detectability of defect signals in MFL data is considerably reduced.A new denoising method was proposed for removing the noises in MFL data.Adaptive filtering method was first used to remove the seamless pipeline noise(SPN) contained in MFL data,and then coefficient denoising approach with wavelet transform was applied to cancel the system noise in the output of the SPN adaptive rejection system.The effectiveness of the method proposed was shown by the processing of the MFL data from field testing.
