常规加热炉节能技术的应用

摘    要:济钢热连轧厂加热炉在生产中采用热装热送工艺及汽化冷却技术,利用煤气热值分析仪确定煤气热值,改造炉内横向挡火墙,内壁加贴多晶莫来石贴块,并喷涂高温节能涂料,完善不同工况下的加热制度,使煤气平均消耗由1.3GJ/t降低到1.0GJ/t,缩短了生产周期,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:The heating furnace of Jinan Steel Hot Continuous Rolling Plant adopted a series of energy saving technologies.They are as follows:hot-charging and hot direct charging process,evaporation-cooling technology,using coal gas analyzer for determining gas heat value,reconstructing transverse flue bridge,adhibiting multicrystal mullite fabrics stickup and spraying high temperature energy-saving coatings on the wall,and perfecting heating system in different conditions.Therefore,the consumption of gas reduced averagely from 1.3 GJ/t to 1.0 GJ/t,production cycle shortened and production cost reduced.
