基于Workbench的斩波轮整机试验平台模态分析

摘    要:斩波轮整机试验平台搭载斩渡轮以及探测器等部件,斩渡轮工作状态下,试验平台的振动特性直接关系整机工作性能.论文以试验平台为研究对象,使用Pro/E建立模型,利用Workbench软件对其进行模态分析,得到试验平台的固有频率和振型云图,为试验平台结构优化提供理论基础.

Abstract:The test platform equipped with Chopper wheel bracket and detectors, in the working state, vibration of test platform is directly related to the machine performance. By taking the test platform as its object of study, it uses Pro/e to build model, and uses Workbench to carry out the modal analysis of the test platform, gets the natural fi'equency of machine flame and vibration image, and provides the theoretical basis for design of the test platform.
