数控自动穿珠机的设计

摘    要:针对目前工厂中工人手工穿珠生产效率低的实际问题,本研究拟设计开发一种自动进料、自动穿孔、自动截取金属条的数控自动穿珠机装备,以满足工厂提升工作效率的需求,降低长期人工成本的投入.论文针对自动进料装置,光敏传感器选料系统,机械手穿珠装置,单片机等方面进行了开发设计.最终,通过以上各部分的系统集成来完成整个自动穿珠过程.

Abstract:For the low efficiency of manual stringing beads in factory, the present study will develop a new automatic beads threading machine consisted of automatic feed, automatic punch and automatic capture the metal. It can meet the de,hands of inlproving the efficiency and reduce the long-term labor costs. In this paper, the automatic feeder, photosensitive sensor sorting system, robotic hands for stringing beads and single chip have been designed. At last, through the work of all the components, the progress of stringing beads has been done.
