摘    要:普通机床的数控化改造,在我国仍有很大的市场前景.本文以C618车床为例,详细介绍了普通车床电气控制部分改造设计和机电联调的方法及步骤.改造后的车床拥有较完备的数控功能和较好的加工性能,能实现自动化车削加工.为职业技术学院或企业机床数控化改造提供一个可借鉴的成功方案.

The Electrical Design of Numerical Control Transformation of Common Lathe

Abstract:The transformation of common lathe numerical control has a great market prospect. Taking C618 lathe as a example, this paper give a detailed instruction of the design method and steps of common lathe electrical transformation and electrical and mechanical alignment. Experimental data shows the lathe after transformation has complete numerical control function and achieve turning process automation. This provides a successful reference solution to the enterprise lathe numerical control transformation.
