车床数控化改造设计后的整机调试

摘    要:普通车床数控化改造的参数设置与机电联调,是在完成了机械部分和电气部分的改造设计之后,必须对整机进行参数设置与机电联调,机床才能正常工作.论文以C618车床为例,详细介绍了参数设置与机电联调的方法和步骤,改造后的车床拥有较完备的数控功能和较好的加工性能,能实现自动化车削加工.为职业技术学院或企业机床数控化改造提供一个可借鉴的成功方案.

The Whole Machine Commissioning of the Machine Tool After Numerical Control Transformstion

Abstract:The parameters setting and electrical mechanical alignment of common lathe numerical control transformation makes lathe ma- chine work normally after mechanical and electrical transformation. Taking C618 lathe as a example, this paper give a detailed method and steps of common lathe parameters setting and electrical and mechanical alignment. Experimental data shows the lathe after transformation has complete numerical control function and achieve turning process automation.This provides a successful reference solution to the enterprise lathe numerical control transformation.
