摘    要:通过实践操作运行规范化要求以及对熔炼炉的炉型结构、炉衬、燃烧、控制系统的设计和施工,可使供参考本方案建设或改造熔炼炉的生产单位降低能耗成本并提高产品质量,同时也可降低环境污染和CO2排量,促进企业设备自动化和循环经济发展。

Abstract:By analyzing the design, implementation and running process of smelting furnace, the optimal energy saving effects was realized and the production benefits was increased. The implementation of oper- ation standard, and the design and building of furnace profile, furnace lining, combustion and control system of smelting furnace can reduce the energy consumption cost and improve the production quality of the enterprises that use the plan for reference to build and reconstruct the smelting furnace. The environ- mental pollution and CO2 emission were reduced, and the equipment automation and circular economic development were improved.
