基于ANSYS软件的压力容器高颈法兰强度分析

摘    要:文章针对压力容器高颈法兰,采用APDL语言三维整体建模,通过ANSYS平台模拟各元件之间的相互作用进行了强度分析。并对危险区域的应力进行线性化处理,得到法兰接头的应力分布状况。该方法克服了传统分析的困难,为解决类似问题提供了一种可行性方法。

Abstract:A dopting the 3D integrate model built by APDL language analysis simulated interaction between various components with ANSYS platform, the paper proceed strength analysis of a high-neck flange of a pressure vessel. Then, the paper processed a linearization of the stress in dangerous region and got the stress distribution of flanged joints. The method not only overcomes the difficulties which are hard for traditional analysis method but also a feasible way to solve similar problems.
