微波辐射对甲苯磺酸催化合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯

摘    要:以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,利用微波辐射技术,在常压下直接合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。采用均匀设计安排实验,实验结果经过优化组合,得出最佳反应条件为:醇酸物质的量比3∶1,催化剂用量为醇酸总量11%,辐射时间11 min,微波功率272 W,产率达96.5%。

Abstract:p-Nitro-ethylbenzoate was synthesized directly under normal pressure and microwave irradiation using p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst. Homogeneous design was applied in carrying on the experiment. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: molar ratio of alcohol and acid was 3:1,catalyst amount was 11% of the sum of alcohol and acid the microwave radiation time was 11 min and the power of microwave was 272 W. The yield was 96. 5%.
