摘    要:以郑州市为实例,介绍了计算水环境承载能力的"黑箱"模型、控制因子和控制参数的选择;并在此基础上预测了未来规划水平年郑州市的水环境承载能力;最后对计算结果进行了分析:2010年,2015年,2020年,2025年和2030年的预测排放量均超过了控制目标,必须通过减污和增水两条途径提高水环境承载能力。

Abstract:With Zhengzhou City as an example, an introduction is given to the “black box” model for calculation of the bearing capacity of water environment and the method for determination of the controlling factor and controlling parameter. Based on which, the bearing capacity of water environment is predicted for planned years for Zhengzhou City. The analysis of the calculated results shows that the volumes of wastewater discharge predicted for 2010, 2015, 2020, 2025, and 2030 are beyond the control objective, and that the pollution remediation and water diversion should be taken to improve the bearing capacity of water environment.
