| 摘 要： | 介绍在等同采用API RP 2N规范中有关海冰条件及海冰荷载部分规定之前,对固定平台设计中海冰荷载计算公式的应用及设计冰荷载的选取,特别是当固定平台前沿形成堆积冰后,使冰板以组合形式破碎,降低了海冰对结构物作用力的情况下对设计冰荷载的考虑。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the applied ice load calculation formula and the value selection of the designed ice load for a fixed platform structural design, before adopting some recommended practice for ocean ice condition and ice load in API RP 2N. If focuses the considerations on designed ice load in the cast that the ice load against a structure is reduced when the floe ice fails at a combination model with a pack rubble ice in front of a platform foundation. |
