注聚井返排液调剖技术研究

摘    要:随着聚驱技术的广泛应用,注聚井的数量在逐渐增多。为了清除注聚井井筒污染物,通常要进行返排洗井。返排的污水除了含有聚合物外,还含有许多杂质,若回注则需要复杂的处理工序,成本较高;若直接排放既污染环境又浪费了资源。因此,开展了注聚井返排污水的再利用研究。采油五厂在广泛地调研国内外调剖技术的发展情况的基础上,研究注聚井返排液调剖体系,通过室内实验筛选成胶剂、交联剂、调节剂的使用浓度,研究出综合性能最好的浓度配比,从而实现注聚井返排聚合物合理应用。

Abstract:With the extensive application of polymer flooding technology,the number of polymer injection wells has been increasing gradually.In order to remove the well bore pollutants of polymer injection wells,flow back well washing is usually conducted.The flow-back sewage contains not only polymers,but also many impurities.If the flow-back sewage is recycled,complex treatment process will be required,which results in high cost,while both environmental pollution and resource waste will be caused if it is discharged directly.Therefore,the study on the reuse of flow-back sewage in polymer injection wells is carried out.On the basis of extensive investigation of profile control technique at home and abroad,the flow-back liquid profile control system of polymer injection wells is studied by the fifth Production Plant of Daqing Oilfield.Through laboratory experiments,the application concentrations of gelling agent,crosslinking agent and regulator are screened,and the concentration ratio with the best comprehensive properties is obtained in order to achieve the reasonable application of flow-back polymers in polymer injection wells.
