摘    要:柔性联轴器在旋转机械系统中,不但起传递转矩的作用,而且还有减小扭转冲击的作用。柔性联轴器的阻尼特性直接影响着旋转系统的固有特性和扭转减振的效果。以具有非线性阻尼的柔性联轴器联结的两转子系统为研究对象,通过对其在冲击力矩作用下,旋转系统非线性运动方程的建立、求解,得到了转子扭转振动响应的解析解。经过对转子角位移随非线性阻尼变化规律的仿真计算,结果表明,在相同初始条件下,扭转振动的角位移随正非线性阻尼的增大而减小,随负非线性阻尼的增大而增大,说明正非线性阻尼有利于扭转角位移的减小。

Abstract:In rotary machinery systems,a flexible coupling not only plays a part in transmitting the torque,but also plays a part in reducing the torsional impact.Its damping directly affects the natural characteristic of the rotary system and efficiency of torsinal vibration reduction.In this paper,the non-linear dynamic equations of two rotor systems coupled by flexible coupling with nonlinear damping are established under the action of impact moment.Solving these equations,the torsional vibration responses of two rotor systems are obtained.Through numerical simulations for the angular displacements of the two rotors versus nonlinear damping,it is found that the angular displacement decrease along with enlarging positive nonlinear damping and increases along with enlarging negative nonlinear damping of flexible coupling.It is shown that positive nonlinear damping is beneficial to reduction of tosional angular displacement.
