异步电动机调压节能控制方法研究

摘    要:以负载周期性变化而转速基本不变的异步电动机为对象,研究其调压节能方法。分析了异步电动机的调压节能原理以及效率和功率因数与转差率的对应关系,在此基础上详细分析了最大效率、最小电流、最小输入有功和最大功率因数控制的原理,揭示了几种控制方案的实质是一定负载范围内的恒转差率控制。在考虑铁耗的电动机模型基础上仿真分析了不同控制方法的节能效果和负载转矩性质对节能效果的影响,最后通过实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。

Abstract:The energy-saving method based on voltage-regulation is studied for asynchonous motors with periodically varying loads and almost constant speed.The principle of energy-saving by regulating the stator voltage of asynchronous motors and the relationships between the slip and the efficiency / power factor are analyzed,based on which the control principles of maximum efficiency,minimum current,minimum input power and maximum power factor are investigated in detail,revealing that the essential of these control methods is the constant slip within a certain load range.Based on the asynchronous motor model considering iron loss,the energy-saving effect and the impact of load torque on it are validated by simulation.The experimental results are given to verify the theoretical analysis.
