复杂载荷作用下管壳式换热器管板的应力和疲劳分析

摘    要:以某项目中承受压力及温度双循环载荷的换热器为例,应用有限元分析技术,对管壳式换热器管板在交变的压力和温度载荷共同作用下进行应力及疲劳分析。根据其应力分布特点,分析交变的压力与温度载荷对管板产生的影响。

Abstract:Exampled with a heat exchanger, which was used in engineering practice, subjected to both pressure and temperature cycles, the stress and fatigue analyses for this exchanger were carried out by using finite element technology. Based on the distribution of the stresses, the influence of cyclic pressure and temperature loads on the tubesheet was analyzed.
