摘    要:300 MW机组设计中,过热器减温水多布置在启动调节旁路门后,在机组启动初期由于过热器减温水和主蒸汽差压小,很容易造成过热器温升过快,甚至超温。为此将过热器减温水系统加以改造,从而实现锅炉点火时较早投煤,节省燃油消耗,而且可以较好地控制过热汽温升,防止超温现象发生。

Abstract:In 300 MW unit design,superheater attemperating water is generally araanged behind startup regulating bypass valve.At the early period of unit startup,the pressure difference between superheater attemperating water and main steam is small,resulting rapid temperature rise or even overtemperature of superheater.After renovation of the attemperating water system,the coal could be used earlier to replace oil after boiler ignition so as to save oil and control temperature rise and prevent over temperature.
