反相乳液型减阻剂及滑溜水体系的研发与应用

摘    要:由于常规压裂液降阻效果差,对储层伤害大,为了大幅度降低施工摩阻,降低施工压力,改善压裂改造效果,采用反相乳液聚合法合成了一种用于压裂的反相乳液型减阻剂,并以其为主剂,与优选出的配伍性能好、协同效应好的黏土稳定剂、助排剂等复配形成了一种新型滑溜水体系。室内试验表明:0.10%~0.15%反相乳液型减阻剂溶液的减阻率达到65%以上;新型滑溜水体系的减阻率达到65%,且具有较高的防膨胀和助排性能,较好的耐温抗盐性能。新型滑溜水体系已在青海、江汉、华北等油田薄互致密储层压裂和页岩油气井分段压裂中进行了应用,表现出了良好的特性,获得了良好的改造效果。该体系能够满足页岩油气储层及致密储层压裂的需要,且能降低大型压裂的施工成本。

Abstract:Due to low friction reduction and high formation damage caused by conventional fracturing fluids as well as the high cost of imported slickwater systems, a low-cost, low-damage inverse emulsified friction reducer and slickwater system were developed which would significantly reduce resistance and treatment pressure in field operations and greatly improve stimulation effect.The inverse emulsified friction reducer was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization method, which was used as main agent in new a slickwater system comprised of optimal clay stabilizer and a cleanup agent with good compatibility and synergy.Lab experiments showed that the resistance reduction rate of inverse emulsified friction reducer solution with concentration of 0.10%—0.15% reached 65% or higher and the resistance reduction rate of the new slickwater system reached 65%.In addition, the new slickwater system displayed superior anti-swelling, cleanup, temperature-resistance, and brine tolerance characteristics.The new slickwater system has been applied in staged fracturing in thin tight reservoirs and shale oil and gas reservoirs in Qinghai, Jianghan, Huabei and so on, displaying good characteristics and application results, which indicate that the new slickwater system could meet the requirements for fracturing shale and tight gas and oil reservoirs.
