| 摘 要： | 在提出基于敏捷性准则的敏捷调运总体工作逻辑的基础上，重点研究了基于该准则的物流调运优化模型的构建及其高性能的递阶求解算法。通过实例验证，该算法比其他启发式算法更能降低空载率。 |

| Abstract: | The paper proposed agile scheduling general work logic based on agile rules, and based on which, emphasized on the research of constructing logistics scheduling optimization model and hier archically solving algorithm with high performance. The result of example shows the algorithm reduces empty loading rate more than that from other heuristic algorithms. |
