| 摘 要： | 针对目前网络管理信息需要解决的问题，即网络性能管理问题，提出了一种通用的网络性能管理的层次体系结构，介绍了网络性能管理系统（NPMS）的功能。并且讨论了该系统设计方案及实现步骤。
