摘    要:支柱绝缘子覆冰后会使其电气绝缘性能显著下降,严重影响变电站的安全运行。为此,在人工气候室内开展了3种110kV支柱绝缘子在2种覆冰状态(L类、S类,圆柱形监测导体的冰厚分别为7mm、12mm)时交流覆冰闪络特性随染污盐密变化关系,及加装增爬型伞群后闪络电压的研究。结果表明:3种支柱绝缘子在S类覆冰状态时的最低冰闪电压间的差异很小,且防污型大伞径的支柱绝缘子的爬电距离不能充分利用;加装增爬型伞群后支柱绝缘子在相同覆冰状态和污秽的情况下50%闪络电压将明显提高。研究结果可为我国重覆冰地区采用增爬裙的支柱绝缘子提高变电站支柱绝缘配置和设计提供参考。

Abstract:Based on measurements of AC flashover characteristics of three types of ice-covered post insulators in the multi-functional artificial climate chamber,we studied the relationships between icing flashover voltage and equivalent salt deposit densities under different icing states,respectively.When three kinds of post insulator sheds were ice bridges under serious icing states,the creepage distance of the anti-polluting post insulator can not be fully utilized,so the differences in minimum icing flashover voltage are very small for specimens.The 50% flashover voltage of the post insulator was significantly improved after installation the climbing umbrella group.The results can offer some references for the external insulation selection and design of transmission lines in the cold regions.
