云广特高压直流输电线路双极闭锁时安稳装置的动作分析

摘    要:以"8.19"云广特高压直流双极闭锁时安稳装置动作为例,分析安稳装置是否正确动作,策略是否正确得当,对保持电网稳定的功能是否切实有效,今后此类情况下安稳系统能否更合理地动作,更有效地维持电网稳定。通过对事故前后安稳装置动作情况,电网潮流变化情况,电网的主要参数:电压、功率、频率的变化情况等综合分析,来判断是否符合电网稳定的要求。"8.19"云广特高压直流双极闭锁时安稳装置正确动作,有效地保护了电网的安全稳定。故障发生后,安稳装置正确动作,使电网的各个参数符合稳定需求,但暂态过程仍存在一些问题,同时,随着网架的发展,云南电网外送容量的增大,安稳控制策略也要随之进一步改进。

Abstract:Taking 8.19 Yun-Guang UHVDC bipolar blocking safety stability system action as an example,we analyzed whether the stability system was able to make the correct action,whether the strategy being appropriate to maintain grid stability function is effective,so that the system could be more effective to maintain grid stability.According to the action of the stability device before and after the accident,the variations of power flow and the main power grid parameters such as voltage,power,and frequency were comprehensively analyzed to determine whether the power maintained stable.The correct action of the stability system in "8.19" Yun-Guang UHVDC bipolar blocking ensured the effective protection of the grid security and stability.Moreover,the correct action after accidents met the demands of steady power grid.
