纳米碳酸钙母料研制及对聚丙烯力学性能的影响

摘    要:分别将未经过表面处理和经过PMMA包覆的纳米CaCO3粒子制备成母料并与PP复合,制备PP/Ca CO3纳米复合材料。通过TEM观察了表面处理后纳米粒子的粒径与分散情况,对纳米复合材料的力学性能进行了测试并观察了缺口冲击断面形貌。

Abstract:It prepared two different kinds of nano-CaCO 3 masterbatches by using of un-treated nano-CaCO 3 particles and nano-CaCO 3 particles coated with PMMA respectively,and then prepared PP/CaCO 3 nano-composites with the treated and un-treated nano-CaCO 3 masterbatches.It observed the particle diameters and dispersion of surface treated nano-CaCO 3 by means of TEM,and made tests of mechanical properties of PP/CaCO 3 nano-composites and also observed the morphologies of fracture sections of notched impact.
