| 摘 要： | 进行了蔗渣低压蒸汽爆破法制浆的中试研究,确定了最佳的中试爆破工艺,分析了各因素对爆破浆物理性能的影响,并对爆破浆的可漂性和爆破法制浆的污染负荷进行了研究.同时,设计了降低爆破过程噪音的有效措施.

| Abstract: | A pilot trial of steam explosion pulping of bagasse was carried out in order to determine the optimal parameters. The factors which influence the characteristic of explosion pulp was analyzed.The bleachability of explosion pulp and the pollution load of the effluent were also studied. Meanwhile, an efficient measure to eliminate the explosion noise was designed. |
