| 摘 要： | 通过分析某型电磁继电器定位桥零件结构及其成形的工艺难点 ,拟定了一系列针对性工艺措施并优化其成形排样方案 ,结合合理的模具结构 ,成功地实现了在精密多工位级进模上成形。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the difficult points that include forming process and the structure of the orientation bridge of a certain electromagnetism relay, a series pertinent processing measures were studied out and the scheme of forming layout was optimized as well. It successfully realized forming of the component on precision multi - position progressive die by combining reasonable mould structure. |
